Notes & Policies
- All rates are per night and quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of Government Goods and Services Tax at 15% (GST)
- Rates include first morning breakfast provisions and use of all facilities
- A minimum 2-night stay applies for any booking
- Children by request only
- We regret pets are not allowed
- We ask you to respect the non-smoking policy inside the buildings and guest rooms
- Guest check in 3pm and checkout is 10am. Any other times are by arrangement
- Guest facilities include a swimming pool, outdoor fireplace and barbecue area, garaged parking and unsurpassed Tukituki River and sea views
- As changes to your reservation or cancellations affect us greatly, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Outside 90 days before arrival No charge
- 90—31 days $250.00 transaction fee
- 30—14 days Charge one night
- Less than 14 days Charge for every room night booked
Holiday Season (15 Dec – 15 Jan)
- Outside 90 days before arrival No charge
- 90—60 days One room night charged per room booked
- Less than 60 days Full charge for every night booked
- We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in the event that circumstances beyond their control cause cancellation of their booking and incur a cancellation fee
- A deposit equivalent to the first night’s rate will be charged. This deposit is refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy above
